Action is the antidote to despair. We’re holding monthly meetings to commiserate and, more importantly, to organize. Get involved.

Get involved with the Payback Project to fire John Cornyn
The Payback Project is the national Indivisible organization’s campaign to fire John Cornyn, Mitch McConnell, Susan Collins, and other senators whose seats are flippable in 2020.
Become a Travis County election poll worker
From the Travis County Clerk’s office:
“By becoming an election worker, you can help your community and be a part of this country’s great democratic process!
“We are putting out a call for people to consider taking the day off from their jobs to become a poll worker. It does no good to register voters if we don’t take the final step in assuring that they can vote without technical difficulties.”
Applications are available at the Election office, 5501 Airport Blvd, Austin, Texas 78751 or call 512-854-4996 for more information.
You can also volunteer to be a poll watcher with the Texas Voter Protection coalition.
