How should schools reopen?
The Texas House Democratic Caucus’ Education Working Group is looking for feedback from families, educators, staff and students across the state regarding preferences for policies surrounding in-person or remote instruction at schools this fall. Your participation in this survey will help the Texas HDC push for solutions that work for all Texas families come back-to-school season.

On this 5th anniversary of Paxton’s criminal indictment, we want to remind him that Texans haven’t forgotten his sordid history. While the case has been moved and delayed multiple times, Paxton still faces five to 99 years in jail if convicted.

Jolt Town Hall: Reopening Schools During A Global Pandemic
6 p.m. The first day of school is right around the corner but COVID cases are still on the rise in Texas. As parents and teachers, you don’t have to face the decision to send your children back to school alone. In partnership with the Texas’ American Federation of Teachers, Jolt is hosting a town hall to discuss the options available to parents and teachers for safely beginning the new school year.
